Low or Medium Glue Mica Tape
A tape-shaped material made by bonding mica paper with epoxy adhesive, utilizing electrical non-alkali glass cloth or electrical polyester/polyimide film as reinforcing materials. The product is characterized by its flexibility, and the mica paper maintains a certain looseness. It is primarily used for winding coils or bars in large and medium-sized high-voltage motors, variable frequency motors, forming part of the VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) insulation structure. This material is distinguished by its high mica content, excellent electrical performance, and overall integrity. It is also employed for bundling conductors to create wound electromagnetic coils with superior resistance to corona discharge and dielectric strength.
