Dipping and Encapsulation Resin

Dipping and Encapsulation Resin

Drip Impregnation Resin is typically a dual-component, solvent-free varnish. It is characterized by high viscosity, rapid curing, minimal shrinkage, high bonding strength, and a uniformly full film. It is commonly used for small high-speed motor rotors and is also applied to stator coils with special requirements. The combination of potting resin and drip impregnation resin is used for insulation reinforcement in the rotor neck, providing functions such as filling, protection, and preventing carbon dust.
