Multi-Glue Mica Tape

Multi-Glue Mica Tape

Tape-shaped insulation material made by impregnating, compounding, baking, winding, and cutting with epoxy adhesive, powdered mica paper, non-alkali glass cloth, or polyester/polyimide film. When in use, the mica tape is wrapped around a wire rod to create a certain thickness of insulation layer, formed through a process of heating and molding. Commonly employed as the primary insulation in large and medium-sized high-voltage motors, variable frequency traction motors, and other applications.
